Pastor Willms

Pastor Levi Willms was installed as Bethany’s pastor on February 20th, 2011.  He originally grew up in Iowa where he graduated High School in 1998 in Britt, Iowa.  He attended Iowa State University and graduated in 2002.  After that he attended Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri and graduated in 2006.  Levi then moved to Pierre South Dakota and served at Faith Lutheran Church of Pierre and Trinity Lutheran Church of Blunt, SD for 4 ½ years prior to coming to Bethany.  He and Jessica were married in June of 2004 and now have three children Adalyn, Carsten and Clara.  Levi loves doing stuff with his family, playing basketball, and watching sports.  He also enjoys working in the church and sharing the simple truth that “Jesus is the greatest thing to ever happen to him.”  He hopes if you ever come in contact with Bethany, either as a visitor or member, that Christ will touch your heart in some special way.
